Eventide offers in-warranty and out-of-warranty “return-to-factory” repair services for the following current and recent Eventide call recording products:

Eventide offers out-of-warranty “return-to-factory” repair services for the following discontinued Eventide call recording products:

  • VR615 Recorder
  • VR725 Recorder
  • VR778 Recorder

An Eventide-issued Return Material Authorization (RMA) is always required prior to sending or delivering any equipment to Eventide.   Please contact Eventide’s Tech Support department to obtain repair cost information and to request the necessary RMA.
