Eventide’s latest product, Critical Insights AI™, is a data analytics platform purpose-built for PSAPs. Trained on real emergency communications data, Critical Insights AI reduces administrative workload through automated QA, real-time call scoring, and preloaded APCO/NENA forms, allowing supervisors to focus on team development, skills coaching, and call taking excellence. Its Stress Level Reporting and Call Type Reporting and Trending tools help identify when telecommunicators handle high volumes of difficult calls, enabling timely, meaningful support.
