Eventide NexLog DX-Series recording solutions are now certified by Avaya to successfully interoperate with Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 8.1 and Avaya Aura® Application Enablement Services. Enhanced Encryption and System Security (FIPS 140-3)
Eventide now offers an option for Nexlog DX-Series recording systems that is specifically designed to meet the enhanced encryption and system security requirements of USA federal organizations. This software has been developed for compliance with the applicable DISA, FISMA, DoD and NIST standards, including FIPS 140-3 and IPv6 support. This option is offered to a broad list of US federal organizations and to state and local organizations seeking federally approved security and encryption. Eventide already serves a broad range of US Federal organizations.
Tech Tip: Media Access Control
It is well known that the NexLog DX-Series recording solution provides a robust set of role-based tools to control access to stored media at the individual recording channel level. A lesser-known standard feature is the ability to control media access to the individual recording level. When the most sensitive incidents occur, access to the media can be restricted to individual users for individual calls on a channel. This is done in MediaWorksDX with a simple ‘right-click’ and selecting “Block media access”.
