Eventide Communications is attending ISC West 2026 in Las Vegas (The Venetian Expo) from March 23–27, 2026, and you can find us at the InfraGard Pavilion (Booth #36051), hosted by the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA).

ISC West brings together professionals across the security ecosystem to share practical approaches, evaluate new capabilities, and build partnerships that support unified protection strategies. Teams focused on enterprise security operations, public safety, and critical infrastructure typically attend to compare solutions that improve incident readiness and response.

Eventide will be attending ISC West to showcase Critical Insights AI (CI AI), a cloud-based platform that helps PSAPs, call centers, security teams, and campus operations work more efficiently and consistently.

CI AI supports the full communications center workflow, from hiring and onboarding to training, automated QA/QM, and long-term staff support. CI AI connects with NexLog DX-Series recorders and runs on AWS, securely storing and analyzing communications data to enable faster search, transcription, word and phrase alerts, and automated QA/QM scoring.

Eventide will also demo CI AI’s training simulator features, including unlimited practice calls with an AI-driven caller that responds in real time, scenarios aligned to your agency’s protocols and QA forms, and near-immediate feedback using police, fire, or EMD evaluations after each call.
