Eventide Communications will attend Critical Communications World (CCW) 2026 from June 16-18, 2026, at Excel London, London, United Kingdom, Stand #A4.

CCW 2026 is an annual global event for mission-critical communications professionals, bringing together public safety, defense, transportation, and critical infrastructure stakeholders for three days of education, technology demonstrations, and industry discussion.

Eventide is pleased to share that its article, “Next Generation MCX Recording Solution with AI Capabilities,” has been shortlisted for the International Critical Communications Awards 2026 in the Best Use of Advanced Technology category. The article was submitted jointly with Eventide’s technology partner, Softil. Softil’s BEEHD MCX SDK supports the MCX functionality within Eventide’s recording platform, helping the solution record and manage mission-critical broadband communications.

Eventide has also been shortlisted independently in the same category for Critical Insights AI, its unified performance, training, quality assurance, and workforce-wellness platform. Critical Insights AI helps agencies automate call selection, transcription, review, scoring, coaching workflows, and reporting.

Eventide will also participate in the CCW 2026 Tech Tours, “Emerging Technologies for Critical Communications”, and “Situational Awareness and Frontline Technologies.” The tours will bring attendees to the Eventide stand, Stand # A4, for a brief demonstration and Q&A with Eventide specialists.

These recognitions and Eventide’s participation in the Tech Tour align with CCW 2026’s focus on broadband, multimedia, AI-assisted communications, and emerging technologies. At the event, Eventide will show how its solutions support incident reconstruction, evidentiary recording, compliance review, quality assurance, and faster access to critical communications data.

Eventide will also demonstrate the NexLog DX-Series recorders, helping organizations preserve communications records, reconstruct incidents, and securely share information when accuracy and response coordination are essential.
